I think this one is a better value for the price than the newer or older versions – the older one I think isn’t as concise, whereas th e new one 6th ed is just too pricy and not much has been changed in it. I didn’t really read the whole thing as I never actually took the class and therefore did not use the book, but from what I have read of the book and from the intro it seems to be an easy read.

I also appreciated how the author consistently compared and contrasted different views that were covered in order to help orient the reader on why a particular perspective was significant.
